Walk into the front door to find the family room to the right and a dining area to the left complete with laminate flooring. Off of the dining area you will find a remodeled kitchen complete with a stainless steal refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave. The kitchen also features new cabinets and counters. Off of the living room you will find the bedroom along with a stacked washer and dryer and an updated bathroom accessed from the bedroom. This home also has a tankless gas water heater and wall heat and air. Small detached storage unit included. Drive-by today because this cute of a home is sure to rent fast!!! There are three cottages on this property with a shared front yard. Street parking only. Cats and small dogs under 20lbs will be considered.
