The bedroom is very large, with a large closet. It has hard wood floors throughout. The bedroom has a large archway to enter, therefore it has no door on it. The living room, kitchen, and dinning room is one large room, similar in size to the bedroom. It also has hardwood floors throughout. The bathroom has a tub shower combination in it, and is your average sized bathroom. This apartment has two doors, one that enters through an entry way (a common area shared with the unit upstairs), and another side door that enters from the outside into the kitchen area. You pay water, sewer, garbage, gas and electric for you unit. The NWPS 12 month average for gas and electric as of March 4, 2025 is $108. This bill is highly dependent on your usage. We do snow removal of public sidewalks and mow the lawn. We do allow pets with a $500 pet deposit, and $25 pet rent per animal. No smoking in the property of any kind. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. When you come into the common area door there is a beautiful gray set of stairs leading up to your apartment. Two of the three bedrooms are fairly small but have good sized closets. The third bedroom is quite large and has a large closet as well. The bathroom is a good size with a linen closet right outside the door to the bathroom. The living room is fairly large, the kitchen dinning room area is quite large. There is a long row of upper cabinets along one side of the room, then an area with lower cabinets where the sink is. You have your own furnace which does both your heat and ac. We also do snow removal and lawn care. You pay water, sewer, garbage, electric and gas (As of 4/11 the average was 130 a month for electric and gas). This apartment has had a death in it, while that does not directly effect you, I did want to let you know. If you desire to have pets the pet deposit is $500 with pet rent of $25 per animal.
