The apartment building is one of the newest in this neighborhood, and is the BEST I've ever experienced.  They make everything SO easy and fun.  State-of-the-art gym w/ studio, FREE exercise classes in the building (yoga, cycling, bootcamp); a HUGE rooftop with pool, firepits, grills, family-size tables and a large community room with a beautiful view of DC; complementary coffee/tea in building lobby; business center w a conference room.  The staff puts on the most fun events for the building, some time even greets you home from work with a glass of wine (just because). It's a short walk from either the Chinatown (red, yellow, green) or Mt Vernon Metro (yellow, green) stops and steps away from a 24-hr Safeway as well as tons of bars and restaurants, and of course reasonably close to National Mall.  Street parking is available for Zone 2 / 6 or garage parking is available in the building for $195.
