I dont why everyone has issues but as ive been in the leasing office people come and complain about a lightbulb not being within 24 hrs. and act as if its a serious problem. Thats nuts. Calm down. Its a doggone lightbulb lady.. I had a water issue and they refunded the rent for while it was out and did it quickly. Its got beautiful grounds. I havent seen a single bug in my apartment unless i leave the door open and one flies in. -my fault. The apartment i stay in, 2brm2bath- is beautiful. Any issues have were fixed quickly. Great place to live. Idk why yall have problems, at all. Maybe its... YOU!! I seriously dont. Now if only i could get rid of my roomate. Do yall help with that?? Please??

I lived here for 2+ years and I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a very family friendly environment so there are a lot of kids who like to play on the playground and scooter around. I've never had an issue with them other than just seeing some toys laying around here and there. Because of covid, there isn't really anybody in the leasing office, but they are pretty responsive through phone and the app they have to address your maintenance issues works great. Whenever I needed help they would come by within a day or 2 to fix things. They do keep the grounds well maintained and neat. The trees and greenery are really nice to walk through. Also to note, no need to worry about infestations here. I never had any issues with roaches, mice, or bugs of any kind. Our move-out experience with Lisa was also pleasant. We got a partial deposit back and overall everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place to future residents.
