Laundry room with washer and dryer provided (as-is). 2 car garage with space for RV parking. Separate lockable shed for extra storage. This home is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. Landscaping is included in the rent and the tenant covers all other utilities. One small dog (30 pounds or less) is possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and a $2,500 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month, and willing to sign a minimum of a 12-month lease. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
