We raised our family on this amazing and safe block while attending Penn. A quiet neighborhood perfect for adults, yet right next door to Penn and Drexel, with food, coffee, transit, and entertainment options overflowing in the surrounding neighborhood. This house is adorable, spacious, bright, and airy. Front door opens on a pocket park jointly maintained by the U City District and the neighbors, who know each other by name. * Newly renovated top-to-bottom * Private, fenced backyard (25'x13') * Two bedrooms (13'x12' and 8.5'x10.5') with gorgeous full bath off each * Half bath on ground floor * Washer/dryer in basement * Central air and heat * Unlimited street parking right in front of house with an inexpensive zone permit. Guests park free (unlimited) on several neighboring streets, or you can get guest passes from the city. * Neutered pets OK (1 dog or 1 cat) with additional pet fee ($50/mo) * No smoking or vaping allowed * Tenant pays utilities (elec, water, nat gas, internet) but all hookups available. Rental insurance required. We are very responsive, experienced landlords. Our goal is to make you never want to leave, and our past tenants have always renewed over and over again.
