Good for singles, a couple, or a pair of roommates (there are entrances in both the front and back part of the house, with the kitchen and restroom in the center). Comes with washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, etc. French doors with traditional shutters in the front. Off-street parking and plentiful street parking as the house is situated on a corner. Enormous backyard for chilling, gardening, hosting, etc. Location? Quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and lots of character. In less than three minutes you can walk to: Crescent Park and the Mississippi River, Vaughan's, Bywater Bakery, J&J's Sports Lounge, the Joint, Bar Redux, Parleaux Beer Lab, Bacchanal, BJ's Lounge, etc. A few minutes further afield and you can reach Music Box Village, Frady's, Sneaky Pickle, the Country Club and much more. The French Quarter can be reached in ten minutes via bicycle. In short, you're in a very walkable/bikeable area. All utilities paid by tenant. $1350 deposit. A cat or small dog will be considered on case-by-case basis. No smoking indoors.
