The space: the living room and the kitchen are very spacious making it comfortable for 4 people to always have their own space and never feel too cramped up. That's why we are okay with 2 more people (or a couple) for this apartment, or just 1. We bought every single appliance for the kitchen and furnished up the living room. Amazing views of Hollywood, lots of natural light. About us: we are a couple, both are personal trainers in our mid and late twenties. We are very active people and like to spend our days off outdoors in the nature. We live a pretty healthy lifestyle and take great care of our home. We like to cook meals in our fully equipped kitchen and keep it immaculately clean. Very respectful, friendly and easy going. About you: you have a secure job and can pay your share of rent and bills on time. Clean, no-drama and respectful. We would like for you to treat this house as your own. No smoking in the apartment, no constant overnight guests, no dogs but a cat is fine. Rent: $1400 for a single person. $1550 for 2 people (or a couple). First month rent and $500 security deposit required upon moving. This is a gated community building, very quiet and safe. Steps away from LACMA, Brea Tar Pits, the Grove and Farmers Market.
