Maximum occupancy: 3 residents due to unit layout and single bathroom. Corner lot on a quiet bike street with oversized parking pad and fenced yard (perfect if you have dogs). Separate laundry with storage and updated bathroom. Has tool shed, two patios, raised garden beds. One block to beautiful Essex Park, walk to cafes & bars on popular Foster. Please text me if you would like to schedule a tour in person! (pictures are furnished but will be rented unfurnished) Landlord maintains basic yard maintenance.
