The Living room includes 47" TV, DVD, surround sound, bluetooth clock radio & speaker & wifi for your entertainment. The full sized & stocked kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, also comes with an oven, microwave, toaster and full refrigerator. The refrigerator will be stocked with a few condiments. Keurig coffee maker with individual flavors. There's a shower only in the bathroom and the linens are provided for you, along with a few bathroom basics for your use. The dining room has a high bar table with 2 chairs. There's a convenience store across the street for your grocery needs & personal items. On request iron and ironing board. All utilities included.
