Gorgeous views of Lake Washington as the home is perched just above the Burke Gilman trail, allowing for expansive views from both floors. Most rooms have a view of the lake, including the garage! Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, in a charming 1948 home that has been updated to highlight it's vintage character and beauty. With direct access to the Burke Gilman you can enjoy a stroll to the nearby grocery store, restaurants, bookstore, hardware store, or Log Boom Park for a day at the beach. Or jump on your bike to get to Magnuson, the UW or elsewhere in Seattle or the East Side for work or fun. The home is on a quiet and private road. Great schools, great views, close to amenities and activities. Our last renters stayed for over 10 years, and they told us they already miss living here. We are in the midst of painting and updating after their long stay, but please come tour the home and secure the lease for yourself. Thanks!Renter is responsible for all utilities including electricity, gas, internet, garbage, recycling, sewer, yard upkeep, etc. No smoking in the house.
