Facing a beautiful park, our house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (being one huge master suite with private bathroom and walk-in closet, and private deck, on the second floor). The backyard has plenty of space, a tree, and a deck for barbecue. It'd be a great house for a family. With lots of storage, wash machine and dryer on the first floor, one car garage with 240v outlet NEMA 14-50 for charging electric vehicle (EV), and plenty of off-street space since it's the last house on the street. The kitchen is perfect to entertain your guests, with three countertops and an island, plus room for dining set. With updates such as Bosch 500 series dishwasher from 2022, and hot water electric tank from 2021, the house has central air heating and cooling, smart learning thermostat Google Nest to save electricity and gas, security cameras, and smart Google Nest doorbell. A lot of room in the finished part of the basement. House is furnished or store it in the basement. One block from East Washington, 5 min walk to Hy-Vee, ALDI, Walgreens, 10 min walk to MATC, 0.9 mile to East Towne mall. Anything you need is near. 10 mins drive to downtown, lots of buses lines one block away. We'd love to find someone who will love and take care of our house. Cigarettes and Smoking not allowed. Tenants responsible for utilities (internet, water, electricity, and natural gas), snow removal (not required by the City, but the house has electric snow blower), landscape, lawn maintenance (the house has electric lawnmower) and garbage.
