I stayed here for 2 months and 10 days, during a spiritual period for my family; to stay close to my son who studies at UW-Madison. We eat certain cuisine during this spiritual period, and the kitchen was fully equipped which helped with cooking for the festive season, and stay nourished while fasting during this holiday. The owners and the staff responses to my maintenance requests were always immediate. The place is recently renovated, has in-unit washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen, and their prices are very competitive for Madison. If you're looking for an extended stay hotel or corporate housing, look no further.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at the Medallion! I needed a place to live that was flexible and fully furnished and the Medallion completely fit the bill. It was exactly what I needed! Julia was incredibly helpful and accommodating for my schedule, which was very up in the air. The apartment was beautiful and the neighborhood was perfect. I could walk pretty much anywhere I needed to go and it's so close to all of my favorite restaurants! At the same time, it was very quiet. I also loved all of the partnerships that Voyageur does with local businesses that offered discounts. It was a great opportunity to try out all the amazing places Madison has to offer. Sadly, I wasn't able to make it to any of the happy hours that Julia hosted, but I wish I had! She clearly put a lot of effort into making sure that tenants feel like they're part of a community. I will definitely be staying at the Medallion the next time that I'm in town for an extended period of time and would recommend it without hesitation!
