Welcome to our condo! This unit was fully renovated in 2025 and is located in the peaceful community of Fairway Condominiums. It is 841 square feet and the renovation included new flooring, paint, and appliances, including a new refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The central heating HVAC system was replaced in 2024 as well and the bathroom has new amenities. This space features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large living room, a dining space and kitchen, a balcony, and several closets. Additional features include a community pool with kiddie-pool, a laundry room in the building, and a storage room in the building. Our unit is located near several recreational and nature parks, as well as golf courses in the vicinity. Shopping malls are also located less than a mile from the condo. Metro bus lines connect this unit to the Glenmont Metro station, just 3 miles south. Accessibility to car-free transport to anywhere in the DC and Beltway area is just around the corner. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Renters pay for wi-fi. This unit comes with one free parking space. In-person tours are available by May 2nd, and the unit is fully available by July 1st.
