The five stars is for the maintenance technician Vinny Rizzo, crystal Springs deserves one star for letting the most kindest honest hard-working guy go. vinny was so helpful when I had a problem in my unit everything from lights, air conditioning pests drywall problems. He was the man for the job. There were a few times that he walked my dog for free too, what guy does that?! So sad to hear that he was let go , bring him back!
