Proof of your current residency - e.g., gov't ID, gas bill, phone bill, or any utility bill/statement. 3. $25 application fee (money order or cashier's check only) per applicant for credit report and tenant screening. (This is non-refundable) 4. The past two (2) month's pay check stubs or 1099 support information (last 2 years tax returns) is accepted 5. Copy of each applicant’s drivers license or government produced identification which has a picture of the applicant(s) on it. QUALIFYING CRITERIA: A. Favorable rental history — no evictions or negative reports from former residences. B. Positive credit history — no recorded judgments, collection accounts, delinquencies (exceeding 60 days) or bankruptcies during the past 3 years. C. Gross monthly income to be 2.5x monthly rental rate. No Co-signers accepted. Section 8 or third party checks are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
