When you enter the cottage it has the open living concept and you pass through the living/dining area which is also open to the kitchen. The butcher block counters create an island for eating at or entertaining on. the stainless appliances include a refrigerator, g/d, stove/oven, & microwave. Down the hall is the main bedroom with 2 closets. The main bath has double sink, grey cabinets and white counter. The hall bath has a single sink also with light grey cabinets. Both have tub/showers and solid surrounds. There are two more bedrooms as well. At the back of the kitchen area is an indoor laundry room. ( ask about washer and dryer). The door at the end of the hall leads out to a small patio area, the yard and side access to the detached garage. The garage would make a nice gym, craft room, art studio or work shop or whatever you desire. The driveway holds 2-3 cars. This home has central heat and air. There is a lot of natural light that comes in from all of the windows. This home is close to Sac city College, Old Town Sacramento, UC Med Center, Hwy 99. One small dog #12 or less. Pet rent is $40 per month. Resident must carry renters insurance. In order to qualify you will need to have 3 times the monthly rent of verifiable income, 2 years of positive recent rental references or home ownership and good credit. This home will not take a co-signer and is a non-smoking home. Bankruptcy has to be discharged and 2 years old. No Evictions. Small pets will be considered. There is also a monthly utility surcharge of $185 for water, sewer and garbage. This home is currently occupied. When homes are occupied you need to be willing to be pre-approved before I schedule with the current residents to show you the inside of the property. I process applications in the order received. Or you can wait until it is vacant to view it. But If you are approved and then I show you the inside of the home and you don't like it for any reason I will refund your application fee. If you are declined for any reason there is no refund. If you do like it and you are approved then you are able to put up the deposit to hold it with an agreed upon move in date.
