I stumbled upon The Eames as I was browsing apartments. Nate welcomed me in and asked what I was looking for and what my budget was. He gave me a tour of the property and I absolutely fell in love with all the awesome amenities! I knew I had to make this my new home. Nate worked with me through the whole application/move in process and made it very easy. The whole staff in the office always has a smile on their face and are very welcoming. I moved in 3 days ago and Im so excited to be here. Thank you Nate for working with me and getting me moved in!
I was unsure when I first walked in the Eames office. Immediately Rachel made me and my best friend feel at home. I am computer illiterate but Rachel walked me step by step. She went above and beyond to complete my application in a timely manner, and Crystal and other management staff all pitched in. A true team effort despite the hurdles that came up. I'm so grateful to all the staff ,for prompt responses. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. This is elevated living without breaking your budget. Thanks to you all.

I am so excited to move here! Nate one of the leasing agents helped me find the perfect apartment for me and my dog. He gave me a FaceTime tour since I currently live in Fairfax Virginia and am planning to move out to Sacramento in the next month. He helped me through every single process and was available whenever I contacted him via phone or email through the company. I am so grateful for having a smooth experience as I was honestly having trouble with other apartments in the area. A quiet, beautiful property with lovely amenities! The staff cares about the maintenance, grounds, safety, and overall upkeep of the community. I love that Costco, Cal Expo, The Arden Fair Mall, and the Pavilions are all so close!!

I’ve been living at The Eames for a month and the experience has been wonderful. Bobby, and his front office staff are very friendly and Will is excellent leading maintenance. The staff is extremely responsive, the grounds are impeccable, and I can say I’m enjoying townhome living over owning my last home, which I adored. I truly hope it stays as wonderful as it currently is for years to come.
