We are proudly pet-friendly with strict limits to protect all roommates. All pets must be pre-approved, with size limits restricted to cats or dogs under 40 lbs. We enforce a capacity cap of one pet per room and a maximum of two total pets in the house. Pets cannot be left unattended in first-floor communal areas, and a $150-$250 non-refundable fee applies for deep cleaning upon move-out.
