The rental price includes a gas range, refrigerator, air conditioning, heat, and all utilities except internet. The previous resident left a microwave and stand. We can remove that if you do not want it. The apartment retains its charming original detail. There is loads of closet space and abundant vintage cabinetry. Updates include new lighting and electric. There is a ceiling fan in the main room, and parquet wood flooring. The building's private courtyard is available for residents to enjoy. A large laundry room with coin-operated machines is available in the building's basement. Parking may be available in the building's heated garage for an additional fee (you are welcome to ask). Scooters, motorcycles and bicycles may be parked in the garage at no additional charge, though you must pay a deposit for an overhead door remote control. You do not need a car to live here. Walk to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee houses, parks, the public library and post office. The many shops of Grand South Grand and Cherokee Street are a short walk from here. The city's most frequent bus line, the 70 Grand, is footsteps from here. The Grand bus offers direct connection to Metrolink, the city's regional rail line. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
