A separate dressing room off the main space has built-in upper cabinetry, open shelving, and a closet rod — genuinely useful storage for a studio. A vintage wall-hung gas heater in that room is a relic of the building's history, still fully functional, and on cold nights throws a lovely ambient glow — almost like a small fireplace.
