The place got much better after another management took over. The Office is always opened now and our new landlord is awesome! They fix stuff pretty quickly. I was suspecting gas leak once and the maintenance guy was at our place in 5 minutes. I must admit we didn’t like it here when Maxx properties was the owner. But I’m really glad we stayed and gave it another chance. I think everyone has different expierence but we had a good one so far!
