Separate entrance with garage parking for 1 car, connects directly to entry foyer. Close to Metro, shopping, and everything in Tenley and Van Ness. Both bedrooms are very large, have en-suite baths, are suitable for home office setup or separate living area, and have walk-in closets. In-unit washer/dryer. Eat-in kitchen with vaulted windows. Living room has skylights and access to the deck. Also shared access to a large common living room perfect for events or entertaining. Set in a tree-filled double lot of 1/3 acre with spacious deck, hot tub, and large back yard. One bedroom and bath were renovated within the year. There are skylights or large windows in many of the rooms. 10-minute walk to Tenleytown and Van Ness metro stations, close to Bread Furst, Whole Foods, Giant, CVS, Target, and of course restaurants. Fort Reno Park is a few minutes walk in one direction, and streamside Soapstone Trial into Rock Creek Park is a year-round treat a few minutes walk in the other direction. No pets (unless they can get along with the 2 cats living in the main house). The main house is occupied by the owners – a professional couple 50/60’s and a millennial housemate. Nonsmokers please.
