Charming 2 bed 1 bath home in Diamond Point, Sequim. Laundry room with washer/dryer (provided as-is), 1 car garage w/ electric opener. Sewer is included in the rent but tenants pay electricity, water, garbage, and tv/internet if desired. Tenants are also responsible for all yard care (mow, weed, trim) so please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the yard looking good at all times, or be willing to pay a landscaper to do it for you. 1 cat or small dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 additional monthly rent and $500 additional refundable security deposit. First and last month's rent, $1,500 security deposit, and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
