Christian homeowner looking for help paying the mortgage with one housemate in a quiet Irish neighborhood at the top of the Bronx. Move-in date flexible. The home is artsy and beautiful. Looks better than the photos! You get a large, 650 square foot private floor (with bathroom and private entry). We both share the roughly 1,000 square foot first floor (kitchen/living room) and a little backyard during the nicer weather months. I live on the second floor. Part of the reason the home is more expensive than others in the area is I only want to have one roommate. All utilities included. House has washer/dryer/dishwasher. 10 min walk to MetroNorth. Ideal for a Christian/Catholic - space and peace seeker with a job near Grand Central or near Woodlawn. I am male, single, early 30s, work in media... I'm quiet and clean and out a lot and would like someone similar. Meyers-Briggs: INTJ, is responsible. Would be happy with male or female, personality fit is what is most important. Sorry, no pets. Move-in Date Flexible. I ordered custom blinds for the 12 windows on your floor. They will arrive mid-March. Please include a few details about yourself when reaching out!
