This home is available currently occupied and we are showing with approved applications only. Photos, video, and application are located on the Guardian Property Management website. Walking into this home from the front door you will find an entryway with stairs leading down to the basement. The basement is finished and has a large family room, storage, washer and dryer, 3/4 bath, office room, and two large rooms one of which does have an egress window. See the video walkthrough it is a very unique hidden door. Upstairs you will find a large living room with working fireplace, dining area, sunroom, kitchen and full bath. Primary bedroom is off the sunroom and has a 3/4 bath. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full bath on the other side of the home. Outside of the home you have a wrap around deck, gazebo on a concrete slab, and gardening space in the back of the lawn. If you do plan on using the hot tub, we would provide schedule for maintaining and running. 2 Car Garage. Large Backyard. As a tenant you will be responsible for all utilities and lawn and snow removal. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For full criteria visit our website and click “apply now” on the listed unit. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
