Walking into this home from the front door you will find an entryway with stairs leading down to the basement. The basement is finished and has a large family room, storage, washer and dryer, 3/4 bath, office room, and two large rooms one of which does have an egress window. See the video walkthrough it is a very unique hidden door. Upstairs you will find a large living room with working fireplace, dining area, sunroom, kitchen and full bath. Primary bedroom is off the sunroom and has a 3/4 bath. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full bath on the other side of the home. Outside of the home you have a wrap around deck, gazebo on a concrete slab, and gardening space in the back of the lawn. If you do plan on using the hot tub, we would provide schedule for maintaining and running. 2 Car Garage. Large Backyard. As a tenant you will be responsible for all utilities and lawn and snow removal. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
