Reside is a very well maintained property. Very clean, very quiet, and the maintenance team is attentive to any issues that arise around the community. It’s pet friendly, very quiet, and conveniently located to schools, walking/bike trails, shopping, restaraunts and medical services nearby. Rent seems appropriate for what they offer. The underground parking is much appreciated in the winter. Reside offers the things that are important to me. Very comfortable here.
