This is the thrid unit of a four unit building. It's nestled in the back, with a lot of privacy. People driving by the property won't even see your unit. This is a two-story with a view of downtown. The neighborhood doesn't look as new as our property, but each month it gets better with other properties being remodeled. I want my tenants to be proud of where they live. - Two story loft - View of Downtown - Private upstairs room with washer and dryer hookup. Welcome to your new home! Here are some important points to understand about me and my process: * All the units are on lock-box, so easy to see and view. However, before anyone sees the units, we need to talk, so please call. Let's see if we are a fit for each other. * You don't need the perfect credit score. If you are a hard-working person, I can look beyond a credit score. * If you don't have all the money for a security deposit, that's fine too. We can work something out and it can be paid overtime. * I love pets and do not charge pet rent. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. Also to note, I'm fanatical about cleaning up after your pet. There will be tax/admin fee, and a water/trash fee added to the monthly payments.
