This two-story condo shares no walls with other units and has a private deck and an included covered parking space. It's in a neighborhood close to stores, restaurants, bike paths, and public transportation a mile from downtown. The condo gets lots of light from windows in most of the walls. The 250 square foot private deck features partial Flatiron views. It's split across two floors. The bottom floor has the kitchen and living area, and the top floor has the bedroom, bathroom, and closet. Most of the floors are bamboo, although the kitchen and bathroom have tile. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are all on the first floor. The Steelyards is a great alternative to downtown Boulder, as a mixed-use neighborhood with restaurants including Fresh Thymes, Pekoe coffee shop, a neighborhood dog-friendly park, and other local businesses. It's close to Whole Foods, 29th Street Mall, Trader Joe's, and the new Google location. It's less than a mile from historic downtown Boulder, and conveniently located near Foothills Highway for Denver or Longmont access. One reserved covered parking space comes included. If you'd rather ride the bus, the new Boulder Junction is three minutes away on foot. The on-ramp to the paved Goose Creek bike path, which connects to the Boulder Creek path, is also a few steps away. No cats, sorry. Dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
