Classic, turn of the 20th century Duplex unit with gas heat near downtown Everett. Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath floorplan features living room, kitchen, bathroom. The kitchen features an electric range/oven and full size refrigerator. Hardwood floors in bedroom and living room and vinyl in kitchen and bathroom. There is "shared" open storage in the basement. Owner is providing a Coin-op washer and dryer on-site, as well. One reserved off-street parking space, plus additional on-street parking available. Owner will be investing more money into this property, including a new gutters this spring! All conveniently located near downtown Everett, parks, bus-lines and freeways! This is a "No Smoking" home. Pet Policy-- Smaller pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis; with extra deposit and monthly pet rent of $25. Pets must be at least one-years old (no puppies or kittens), house broken/box-trained, have all required vaccinations, and must have positive references from the current and past landlords. Pets must be screened (for a small fee) through www petscreening com Of course, properly documented "Service Animals" are accepted without additional deposits or fees. Service animals are verified at no cost through www petscreening com Renters insurance is required. Tenants pay for metered electricity plus a flat monthly utility fee of $50 (for 1 person+ $35 for each additional person) which covers the other utilities -- gas (heat), water, sewer and garbage. Move-in funds required (with acceptable credit, income of at least 3 times the monthly rent and positive landlord references) are just the first month's rent, the $1000 security deposit (+ any additional pet deposit, if applicable), and a $150 administration fee. If move-in occurs after the first day of the month, rent will be pro-rated. We do not accept "portable screening reports". You must personally view the property prior to making application.
