Amazing custom-built 4 Bedroom/ 2 Half Bath modern home with great art and fun furnishings, not to mention an amazing playhouse in the backyard. At the bottom of Love Circle Park, the location of this home can’t be beat. You can walk to all the festivities at Centennial Park, dinner in Hillsboro Village, and concerts at the Blair School at Vanderbilt. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a full-size refrigerator and a full-size freezer, plus a giant island and a prep sink near the beverage refrigerator. The unique drive-thru garage houses two vehicles and still has lots of room for storage. Two screened porches and a massive upstairs balcony with a bed-size swing provide amazing outdoor living space. The master bath is spa-worthy, with three shower heads. But everyone will fight over who gets the bedroom with the reading loft. The owner is relocating and downsizing, so all furnishings are included in the rental. There is an option for it being unfurnished as well. The playhouse is an upstairs section of tiny building that’s a garden shed downstairs. You can climb up or use the hidden staircase on the backside. It’s built to fit small bodies but has views everyone will love. Finally, there’s a lovely firepit and patio area in the front yard so you can entertain around a fire when the weather is chilly.
