Located in a quiet, desirable neighborhood near Eastport Plaza , Mall 205, I-205 and MAX train station, this home keeps you close to everything you need: 5-10mns to Target, WinCo, Asian markets like Hong Phat, Fu Bon & 99 ranch y stores. LA Fitness, KingPins Bowling Arcade, Century Movie Theater, Mount Tabor park & Portland Community College. 10 - 15 minutes to Clackamas Town Center and the Columbia Gorge for weekend adventures, Mount Hood community College & Clackamas Community college. Rental Details: Monthly Rent: $2,250 Security Deposit: $2,250 (refundable upon completion of lease term when rent dues are made on time in whole year lease and minus any cleaning fees as needed) Key Deposit: $100 (refundable) Rental application fee + Credit Check Fee = $60 per applicant (non-refundable once screening begins) Lease Term: 12 months All complete applications are processed in the order received.
