The touring process was great from start to finish! We first met with Alyssa back in July and she was just so involved in our search for an apartment, as well as also constantly following up and informing us of different options! We kept pushing back our desired move-in date, which made the process a lot longer (our fault). Otherwise, we would’ve been happy to fill an application right then and there!
After a few months of back and forth, to officially deciding our move-in date, we wanted to go back to the Case once more to solidify our decision and we came across James! James was just as capable, knowledgeable and we highly recommend him! He reminded us again why we were so excited to potentially move there in the first place.
A few days later, we officially applied! Alyssa made the application and approval process very easy, convenient and was very informative when it came to answering any questions we may have had.
We appreciate you guys so much and we cannot wait to officially move in! 😁🏡✨

Living at the Case has been a great experience so far. The maintenance staff are great, Oliver has been especially helpful. The building is constantly being cleaned daily, which is great considering the amount of pets that live in the building. The gym is nice and new, which is a plus! There are a dozen restaurants/bars in a short walking distance, which was a nice surprise. The only issue I would say is that the front desk staff could be friendlier, however, Bianca was helpful in explaining the application process during my transition here.
Living at the Case has been a great experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly, maintenance is always on top of work orders, and the building is constantly being cleaned. The gym is rarely busy which is a plus! Their monthly events are also a nice treat. Highly suggest if you need to be close to downtown for school/work.
I love Case! I have lived here since July 2021 in two different units and have had very few problems here. Staff is all wonderful and friendly, maintenance gets your requests done super quick, the dog park is wonderfully sized, the views are great, it is a quiet community and the apartments are very nice. I’ve always felt safe in the building with someone on site 24 hours a day! You get what you pay for here! The gym and pool are a bit small compared to most apartments but regardless they are nice.

Living at The Case Building has been nothing short of outstanding. From the modern interiors to the community feel, everything has exceeded our expectations. The apartment amenities are top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier with the design and layout of our home.
Our experience has been smooth all around—no issues with management, no bugs, and no noisy neighbors, all things I was cautious about before moving in. In fact, I had pretty high expectations going in, and they’ve definitely been surpassed. The building itself is solid, with concrete construction that offers great soundproofing, which is a huge plus. Having been on the other side of a poor apartment experience, the case building has been a massive quality of life improvement and cannot be understated how enjoyable the experience has been.
Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to live, and we’re really happy with our decision to call The Case Building home.
I waited a little before writing this review to see how consistent the quality of this place is. 7 months into our lease and the quality has not dropped. My bf and I absolutely agree that this is the best place we’ve ever lived at. The amenities are only a plus. The way they treat residents is truly where The Case Building shines.
The leasing team is attentive, friendly, and always answer the phone. Special thanks to Alyssa for the communication and follow ups. ☺️ Someone is always in the front, whether it’s concierge, leasing team, or security.
The maintenance staff goes above and beyond. Most of our work orders are completed the same day or within 2 days. We greatly appreciate them!
I look forward to the calendar posted on the elevator that announces the multiple resident events for the month. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors and if you can’t make it, there’s always the residents bar! 😉
Every morning, the floors are mopped and elevators cleaned. The cleanliness throughout the building is well maintained at all times of the day. The dog park needs improvement, it’s full of dog waste every time I’ve tried to use it. I understand that this is a resident issue, people just need to pick up after their own dogs. Truthfully, it gets rowdy on weekends but by 2am it’s quiet. We can barely hear it if our doors and windows are closed. It’s not something that’s ever been an issue for us especially because of the prime location. Deep Ellum has a little bit of everything for any taste.
The Case BLDG is not only a wonderful/stylish place to live, it’s a community, residents are friendly and know each other. We love it here and we hope it stays consistent. 🥰🌇🤗

14 months in and we just renewed our lease for another 12 months. Needless to say, we love it here. We've lived in Dallas for the past 4 years (Farmers Market area, Victory Park) and this is the best spot yet. Shout out to our leasing agent Caroline. I'm not sure if she's still here, but she has been very helpful ever since we moved in. Great attitude and quick to help. They take the parking garage security seriously. They implemented barrier gates and security personnel. So far, our cars haven't had break-ins which is almost unavoidable living in downtown. They host a lot of great community events each month (free watermelon day, breakfast, cookies day, etc.) All elevators are always working. Other residents are always nice enough to ask which floor to scan you up the elevators as well. We love our apartment's design. You get that loft aesthetic but modern enough so it doesn't look rustic and with plenty of storage.
I recently moved to The Case Building two weeks ago, today!! There are so many great things about living at this complex. I almost do not know where to begin, so I will start with Alyssa since she is the reason I am here. She made my move in process so quick and seamless. She is still very helpful and nothing short of amazing. Not only Alyssa, but all the staff here at the Case Building, from the cleaning staff, to the security, to the residents. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is ready to assist whenever needed. I really feel that the residents' needs are top priority for the staff because they are extremely hardworking. The office is open daily which is so convenient. The cleaning staff are always cleaning up behind all residents, furry friends included! I wouldn’t be surprised if they vacuumed and mopped multiple times a day. Even outside the complex you will find cleaners power washing the entrances and picking up behind the pups at the park!! It amazes me how much detail they put into keeping the community clean, which seems to be a never ending task with downtown living. The security here is no exception. They put the safety of the residents first. You will find security posted up in the garage (even with the double gated entry for our cars’ protection)!! You will find security at the leasing desk once the office closes for the day. Officer Johnson was even kind enough to try and help me navigate the concierge locker after office hours. I had a package delivered but I had not gotten around to setting up my locker yet, so turns out my package had been sitting outside the lockers for a few days, and the residents left it untouched!! This is when I realized how trustworthy our community is. At my last apartment, my package could have been taken within the hour it was delivered. But the people here are very kind and supportive. They constantly help me navigate all the wonderful amenities here. Living with these types of people feels like a luxury within itself. And as if they were not enough, The Case Building offers many incomparable amenities. Some of my favorites are: the huge dog park with ample terrain and activities, dog grooming station conveniently placed on the side entrance for those extra muddy days, the starbucks coffee bar which I use all the time, the free and QUALITY food/monthly events the owners so generously provide, the conveniently safe delivery systems, the aesthetic mood lighting, music, and art in the halls, and many many more. It has been a such a blessing to live here, anyone will agree. Anytime I have visitors they are always impressed and inquire about moving here themselves! I have never lived in a place like The Case Building. The aura here is so authentic and safe. I would not dream of calling any other place home. This place is an answered prayer. Thank you, God and thank you to everyone here!! I hope everyone gets to experience the same Joy I feel living here!!
