Light-filled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo on the 7th floor of The Bond in Jack London square. I lived in this apartment for our first 5 years in Oakland and loved it. Included lots of pictures but here is my take on what’s great about it: Unit 712 features: - Awesome kitchen with great appliances (e.g., Bertazzoni range, Bosch dishwasher) - Open kitchen / dining / living area that’s great for cooking & entertaining and has nice light from the big wall of windows - Nice, light wide-plank hardwood floors & cement accents (e.g., ceilings, partial walls) - Huge master bath with a shower, tub, double sinks, big mirror & walk-in closet - “Barbell” layout with master bedroom/bathroom and 2nd bedroom/bathroom on opposite ends with kitchen, dining and living in the middle - In-unit washer / dryer - Everything was updated in mid-2014 (current in photos) - Nest thermostat and CO2 monitors / smoke detectors (added late 2019) - Included 2-car tandem parking in the building’s garage - Webpass internet (fast + no need to deal w/ Comcast!)
