Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals. STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. DESCRIPTION: This three-story townhome is nestled in the Sea View Subdivision; a beautifully maintained neighborhood opposite the beach. With a ground-floor entrance and an elevator, you can get the car loaded/unloaded easily! Once you enter the ground floor entry door, the foyer area houses the elevator, the laundry area, and leads you to the first bedroom. This bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large tiled shower. The room has a small workstation and also has access to a small private porch that looks out over the retention pond. A set of stairs or the elevator takes you to the second floor that has three additional bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom on this floor has a King bed, a small workstation, an ensuite bathroom with another double vanity and large tiled shower and a private balcony overlooking the retention ponds. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and television in the room just as all of the other rooms. The third bedroom with a twin bunk bed, a queen-sized bed, and a trundle bed. There is a hall bathroom with beautiful tile floors, a double vanity, and shower tub combination.
