Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. DESCRIPTION: This 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home features beautiful hardwood floors, unique touches of character, ocean views, and a spectacular location! As you enter, you are welcomed into the ground floor foyer. The first floor of the home offers a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs you are welcomed by the stunning hardwood floors that guide you to the sleeping quarters. The first bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over a full bed, as well as a twin trundle.
