This stunning rustic waterfront home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage for all your storage needs. Enjoy breathtaking Intracoastal Water Views from the comfort of your wrap-around porch or private dock. Your rental includes: 2 full-sized boat slips + an additional 3rd shallow water slip for kayaks Slip 1: Your rent covers one boat dock on the outside edge of the dock: One side tie-up: Oversized floating dock that can easily accommodate larger center consoles with no beam restrictions. Dock fenders, 4 cleats, two pilings. Approximately 6 feet depth. Slip 2: Inside slip with one side tie-up. 10' beam, 6' depth. 5 cleats. Slip 3: Suitable for 2-3 dinghies or kayaks, approximately 3' depth. 3 cleats are available for visiting dinghies. Fresh Water hose wash-down. There is no shore power on the dock. (Two other slips on our dock are for Owner's Use ONLY) When you are not on the water, you can enjoy the spacious yard, perfect for outdoor activities, and the gas grill is ideal for entertaining guests, all-weather rattan seating, and Adirondack-style pub chairs for your dining pleasure.
