This first floor condo is located less than a half a mile to the boardwalk and the Carolina Beach Lake so you have easy access to almost all of the fun activities that Carolina Beach has to offer! The condo itself is set up perfectly for a fun family vacation. Upon entry you will find a nice open living area with a large flat screen TV and well appointed seating. The living area also has direct access to the deck area which has a view of the Carolina Beach Lake and a peak at the ocean! Just off your living area you will find a well equipped kitchen with updated appliances and a nice dining table for the chef of the family to bring everyone together for some delicious food. As you head down the hall you will find the first bedroom and bathroom to your left. The bedroom features a queen bed to lay your head after a long day of having a blast with loved ones. The bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combo with newly done tile and fittings. At the end of the hall we have the perfect bedroom for the kids! With a twin bunk and additional twin bed there is plenty of room for all the little ones to have

This area features plenty of comfortable seating, both a dining table and bar top, and a spacious kitchen. Just off of the living room is a private covered deck with direct views of the ocean. It’s the perfect place to sit with your coffee, watch the gorgeous sunrises, and take in the sounds of the morning coastline. Past the living area and down the hall are the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed which is perfect for younger and older kids, alike. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a mounted flat screen TV. In between these two bedrooms is the guest bathroom. At the very end of the hall is the large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This room boasts a king bed, mounted flat screen TV, plenty of closet space for all of the luggage, and wonderful views of the island. Carolina Breezin is just one block from both the Hamlet Avenue beach access and Atlanta Avenue access. Also, you’re only a short walk to the Carolina Beach Lake, the Boardwalk, and tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment.
