About Sea Colony
Welcome to Sea Colony, a Coastal Carolina oceanfront residential and vacation rental condominium complex at Carolina Beach on Pleasure Island in the Town of Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Located on the east side of S Lake Park Blvd, just north of the intersection of Ocean Blvd. This express access to Snows Cut Bridge, which crosses the inter-coastal waterway to local golf courses off the island, is literally at your door step via Ocean Blvd to Dow Rd north. A lush expansive lawn is nestled between the privacy of Sea Oat covered dunes and the villas. A community pool and turf provides an inviting recreational area with several strategically placed charcoal Bar-B-Q grills for the enjoyment of residents and vacationing guests. The pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. A private boardwalk traverses the dunes to the beach area. We are located adjacent to a Life Guard watchtower and emergency vehicle beach access. USLA certified Lifeguards are on duty from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 7 days a week from Memorial Day through Labor Day No Pets Allowed
