FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Queens, 1 Full, 1 Twin Sleeper Parking: Parking for four cars. Garage not available for guest use. Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable $400 fee per dog (2 pet maximum) Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. DESCRIPTION: There are Four Bedroom and Three-and-a-half Bathrooms to enjoy. You'll find two bedrooms with King beds, one with a Queen, and the final has a Full Bed along with a Twin sized sleeper. The bathroom are very nicely appointed with lots of tile and upgraded fixtures and the kitchen is fit for a culinary wizard with a gas stove and high-end appliances throughout, as well as a dual coffee maker to handle both drip and K-cup lovers with ease. The home is designed with the living area and kitchen up top to maximize those views. An elevator will carry you and your things effortlessly between the levels, and an outdoor shower will help you rinse away the sand before going inside.
