We recently had an unfortunate series of events in our unit over the past month and a half and the maintenance team went above and beyond each time, even if it was quite the process. I really appreciated the approach they took into looking at the issue from all angles before fixing to ensure they knew exactly what the problem was. It may have taken a bit longer, but they kept us updated and were so great and efficient! All in all, very very appreciative of Jasmin, Edwin, and Mohamed (I will also say they are thoughtful in asking about using products first which I am grateful for since I like to be mindful about what we use in our home.) One of the best maintenance teams we’ve dealt with!!

Lived at Alcyone with my partner for our first year in Seattle and it was a great experience! Some highlights from our stay was: how close it is to everything (it's right between SLU and Capitol Hill), how quick maintenance was to address issues, staff was very friendly and helpful, our apartment was relatively spacious and pet-friendly. I would really recommend giving this place a look if you're looking for something in a relatively quiet area, but still want to be within walking distance of the action.
