We have a recently updated, vintage single family home for rent in the north end of Tacoma. Three bedrooms one bath all recently updated. Two bedrooms on the main floor, and downstairs we have a huge rec room and another bedroom. Laundry units included in separate laundry room on the lower level. Fully fenced back yard, with a storage building. Lots of old world charm here, many built ins too. Required $85 at move in and $35/mo resident benefit packet. Pets [breed and size restrictions may apply] are allowed pet screening required, approved pets will incur a pet mitigation fee (between $150 and $350) at move-in + a monthly pet fee of $35-$75, max two pets.
