The main kitchen and family room area is nice and open with a beautiful gourmet kitchen. The island is large and has plenty of storage and room for lots of bar stools. All stainless steel appliances and quartz counters plus a large sink overlooking the patio and backyard. There's extra storage with a modern tile feature wall. The family room area also has a fireplace and pool table perfect for relaxing. (Pool table is included.) Out back you'll find a large covered patio and sparkling pool for cooling off on hot summer days. The bedrooms are all nicely sized and have hard-surface flooring. Two bedrooms feature walk in closets. Both bathrooms are upgraded with tile showers and upgraded vanities. Washer dryer are included. Pool and landscape service are included in the rent. Application fee is $60 per applicant. Guarantors must also fully apply. $20 per month tenant admin fee. $200 re-key fee at move in. No smoking allowed.
