Under 50 lbs: $300 nonrefundable pet fee + $25/month. Over 50 lbs: $500 nonrefundable pet fee + $50/month. Fees, Deposits & Utilities. Security deposits are based on credit, background and rental history, with deposit-free options available through Obligo for qualified applicants. 20% of the security deposit will be held to cover cleaning post-move-out. This is non-refundable and non-negotiable. A one-time $100 admin fee is due at move-in. All utilities (including wifi) are included in a $250 monthly fee. Linens must be provided by resident.
