Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this locked building offers privacy as the residents must have a key to get inside. The monthly price of $1200 includes water, central heat/air, washer/dryer hookups, kitchen appliances, walk-in bedroom closet, laundry room on property, parking and trash collection. The application fee is only $35. Call me and I will gladly go over the requirements with you and answer any questions you might have. Applicants must have a credit score of 640 or above. For appointments or serious inquiries, please call Teresa Whited at 865-384-1099. Sorry, no pets allowed. At the time of lease signing, we require the first and last month’s rent plus a non-refundable administrative fee for lease origination of $250.
