Applications to reserve an apartment for the upcoming Fall semester are being accepted now. We are conveniently located in the historic Fort Sanders area near downtown Knoxville only 4 blocks from the University of Tennessee campus. Come and see why so many people are proud to call Highland Terrace home!

🏡✨ Living at Highland Terrace is a dream come true! Just a short stroll from UT and downtown, it perfectly combines convenience with comfort. The welcoming community is vibrant, and the amenities are a boon for busy students like me. I adore lounging by the resort-style pool on hot summer days, lost in a good book under a cabana. The gym is another favorite, enhancing my physical and mental wellness while fostering a sense of community. Exploring nearby cafes and parks is a delight, and returning to my cozy apartment feels like a refreshing embrace after a long day. Overall, Highland Communities has exceeded all my expectations. If you want a place that feels like home while being close to the action, Highland Terrace is the place to be! 🌳❤️
