The staff does an incredible job. Yesterday our dishwasher stopped working and today we have a brand new one! A special mention for Francois Moise from maintenance: He was very helpful and responsive, and left everything as new! We lived in a private owned apartment before, and this would have taken weeks to get done. Hands down 5 stars to the maintenance team!

Avalon is the best! Quality, service, cleanliness and overall living conditions are everything one can ask for. Love everything about it from the people that work here, the neighbors and the immediate environment. Sarah C. is awesome and beyond helpful! She was very welcoming, encouraging and friendly. Eric is the guy! He’s knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and has a great sense of humor. Couldn’t thank these two enough for their patience and kindness. The entire team here at Avalon are incredible people and are highly appreciated!

I had such a great experience with Avalon prior to even moving in. Sarah Couto answered my numerous questions on two different tours with a smile and a true desire to help. Sarah kept in contact with me throughout the entire process from touring units to filling out my application straight through to signing my lease/moving in. Sarah is the epitome of professionalism all while being beyond personable. After moving in, Sarah went out of her way to treat me with the same kindness and care when quickly stopping by the leasing office to ask another staff member a question. In addition to having a great team member like Sarah, I was very impressed by a member of the maintenance team, Francois. Francois attended to an emergency maintenance request (that ended up not being emergent) and quickly dealt with the issue. Francois showed me kindness and was very professional. Besides these two stellar Avalon employees, every resident I have passed in the hallways and seen in the elevators has been so nice - such a great vibe here! Edited to add: I have been living here for a few months now and am still having a great experience. This is due to yet another amazing leasing office staff member, Isabella. Isabella has so kindly helped me with some minor issues and her “I’ll take care of it” attitude alleviated all stress from the situation. On top of her professionalism, Isabella goes above and beyond to make all residents feel a part of the community. Most recently, she organized and executed each resident receiving a special treat (left on our door handles to come home to!) for National Popcorn Day and Valentine’s Day. Her attention to detail and care is truly appreciated and seen! Edited again to add: Avalon has a fairly new renewal lease team that can assist you with providing a more accurate market value for your apartment prior to renewal. I was lucky enough to speak with Kamele. He exhibited knowledge, a calm nature, and patience. I asked numerous questions that were effortlessly answered by Kamele while ensuring I understood my options and the timeframe in which I would need to complete my renewal. Kamele made me feel confident about my final decision of renewing my lease at an extremely fair rate.
