At the heart of downtown Orlando, this condominium is very secure, well kept and great for young professionals. I have lived here for two years and loved it. The total rent of this unit is $1450 so you will pay $725 at the beginning of each month. Split utilities and cable and wifi. These usual total out to $120 each person. The available bedroom is large with attached bathroom and huge closet. We have a large balcony, pool access and you will one parking spot included. You'll share the common spaces with existing roommate. My existing roommate is very nice 25 y/o female. We're only considering someone else with a steady job, female and relatively tame during the work week. $750 security deposit due at move in. Existing lease will run through the end of January 2015.
