Down the hall is a large oversized half bathroom. Continuing on your left there is a multi-purpose study and bedroom with custom built-in California Closet Murphy beds - Two Twins (that can be converted into a King with an add-on bridge component), built in shelving and slide-out bedside tables and a California Closet wardrobe. There is also a built-in long work surface for working from home. The Kitchen has everything you need - granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, and comes with a toaster and Nespresso single cup. The large open living room features views over Washington Street, and comes a wall-mounted television The master bedroom features a full en suite bathroom, custom California Closet wardrobe. Floor to ceiling windows maximize sunlight, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors look regal and elegant. Ritz Amenities include doorman service where you can be helped with carrying bags, groceries and other items to your door (tipping is not allowed!), discounts on Ritz dining, hotels and services and on the Equinox sports club just across the street. The Resident Library provides a quiet and classy space for reading, meetings and more. Free laundry (multiple machines - so get it all done at once!) is easily accessed on the sixth floor. The Ritz Bar has excellent atmosphere and a menu sure to delight all palettes, but if that is not enough, just go in any direction to find variety - Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Chinatown, South End, Midtown, North End are all a short distance away easily accessible by foot, wheels (whatever yours may be) and car. Parking may be available and arranged for an additional fee through other owners and nearby garages. Four heating zones and individual room cooling zones cater to your particular level of temperature comfort. Ritz Service is exceptional. Have guests coming and need an extra bed? Call the front desk and they will bring up an overnight bed for your guest. The community has a resident portal for communicating - planning events, asking for advice/help, selling and exchanging items, and more! Available NOW Included in the Rent: Heat, Hot Water, Water, Sewerage Disposal, Grounds Maintenance, Clubroom, Laundry Facilities, Concierge, Security, Professional Landscaping, Doorman Service.
