The North Boulder Recreation Center is two blocks to the north while the Skip Bus line is one block to the west. Access to area hiking and biking trails is equally convenient. The shops, restaurants and busker entertainment of Boulder's renowned Pearl Street Mall are a 12-minute walk away, with the library and farmer’s market just two blocks beyond Pearl Street. Small but efficient, this completely furnished home contains everything you need. Extremely private and quiet, the cabin shares the acre lot with just one other house, but plan on visits from deer, song birds and possibly other wildlife throughout the year. Starting date flexible.
